As a continuation of Anna Torfs unique approach to glass, this work, from her Edition Collection, is based on geometric shapes that have undergone intense manipulation. Pronounced colors and sharp cuts are applied to create the dynamic, energetic piece, resulting in minimalist yet wonderfully sensual design. All of her work is handmade in the Czech Republic and is infused with her wonder at how the techniques of glass blowing, cutting and sanding, which have hardly changed over the past 200 years, can lead to contemporary objects. Double Bubble is available in amber, citrus, cognac, green/poison, smoke/orange, and turquoise.
