Highlighting the acute sensitivity to proportion and form characteristic of designer Piero Lissoni's work, Heigh-Ho is a series of glass wall mounted display cases. Lissoni's careful eye enlivens the products with cleaver shapes; in addition to a straight version, Heigh-Ho is also available as an irregular prism in its oblique form. Crafted in extralight glass and glued at 45 degree angles, the construction of these cases seemingly disappears and allows attention to be focused on the object instead of hardware. Special hinges fixed to the wall by means of a frame allow the glass cases to revolve enabling access to the inside. Lissoni's carefully designed cases give the objects displayed within the illusion of being magically suspended midair.
