With more time spent at the table, comfort is more important than ever. This includes actively sitting down to dine, but also leaning back and relaxing during conversations at the table. Hence Marie-Christine Dorner designed the Ivy dining chair on the basis of these very thoughts. The curve below offers support to the back and the height of the back supports the shoulders. The inspiration of the Ivy design is a leaf: two sides connect through a flowing V-shape. The structure creates a gentle volume and powerful back. The base, made of solid arched steel, is available in matt chrome or charcoal powder coated.
