This intimate sculptural lamp pays homage to Ingo Maurer for his great impact on the world of design. Each base is unique, made from 100% pure felted wool, solid to the core. Emitted light is comparable to that of an ambient candlelight. The light source is made of an electroluminescent film placed inside a vellum envelope. The film can be personalized with a dry-erase marker. The lamp-rsquo's low voltage power converter is intentionally left uncovered, painted white with figurines to represent a miniature industrial cityscape.
