At Luminaire, we always do our best to accommodate your return requests. We offer full refunds, less delivery fees, within 14 days of delivery when accompanied by the original receipt, in original condition, and in the original packaging. Your refund will be issued in the original form of tender.

1.855.341.3620, Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm EST. Returns should be properly packed and will be sent back to our warehouse. You may also need to provide supplementary packing materials if the outer carton has been worn during the original trip out to you.
The return delivery fee will be incurred by you.
We recommend shipping returned merchandise via UPS or insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that a customer request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. Luminaire can not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
In order to deliver your merchandise quickly, we process your order quickly, so please keep in mind that once an order has left our warehouse it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse a delivery, it will then fall under our standard return policy, where roundtrip delivery fees will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged Item Return
Our products are well-packaged to protect against damage during delivery, and many items are also crated.
If an item does arrives damaged, please notify us immediately within 7 days of receipt of goods. You may notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by calling 1.855.341.3620, Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm EST, so that we may best serve you to arrange a replacement. Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, please write “Package Damaged” on the receipt if you are there when the delivery is made. This is very important. If the package looks significantly damaged, we encourage you to refuse delivery of the package. The damaged package will be returned to us and we will send you a new one. If you refuse delivery, please notify us immediately so that we can expect the return shipment.
If you have already accepted the package and find that parts are missing or the item is damaged, please contact us right away and we will deliver replacement parts or a replacement item free of charge. Speed matters since most carriers only let us file freight claims within 48 hours of delivery. If we cannot replace the parts, we will have the carrier pick up the package and we will send you a replacement. All returned products should be in the original packaging. Claims for defective or damaged items must be filed within 14 days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Claims received after 14 days of delivery cannot be processed.
