Arris Wall Clock
Reduced to a simple gesture, the Arris Wall Clock is a poetic design inspired by the nature of reflecting on the passing of time. The minimal clock takes its name from the English architectural term for sharp edge, an appropriate choice considering the clocks defining design element is its subtle fold. Crafted from a single mirror polished disk of steel, the wall clock is bent along the middle axis to reveal an undulated surface that recalls the passing of time in its movement. The result is a visual tension created between the play of light and shadow that adds intrigue to any room. The clock is also available in a matte black finish for a unique minimal look. Designed by Adam Cornish, the wall clock is indicative of the Australian designerâs tendency to create objects inspired by simple observations and an imagination of continual evolution of form and material. The ethereal design of the Arris Wall Clock blends the beauty of simplicity with an honesty of function.
