Transition Santoku Knife

The Santoku knife, a staple of Japanese chefs, represents the bridge between Japanese and Western Cuisine. TB Group’s Transition Santoku Knife fuses economics, design and solid chopping abilities into one. Made entirely of stainless steel, particular care was given to the shape of the handle to ensure it is comfortable and functional. The knife also undergoes a thorough heat treatment; the knife is treated at 1,000°C to give the steel an exceptional harness and a guarantee of long life. The blade is then frozen to 80°C which removes all residual impurities and optimizes resistance to corrosion and wear. TB Group (Tarrerias-Bonjean) has been manufacturing knives an cutlery since 1962. Remaining at the cutting edge of technology and craft, the company is located in Theirs, the French capital of cutlery production.
