Jetzt Desk Lamp
Made from a single laser-cut aluminum sheet, Jetzt is a light, abstract desk lamp designed by the German designer Axel Schmid. The lightsource is two high-volt LEDs that are embedded into a silicone holder. German for “now”, the tripod desk lamp references the latest in design and technology. The body also acts as a heat sink for the 2 LEDs which give off 9 watts of warm white light. The Jetzt lighting fixture uses the world’s first high voltage LED, so there’s no need for a transformer.
