Twice the recipient of Italy’s prestigious Compasso d’Oro design prize, architect and designer Antonio Citterio is known for his gracefully modern designs. Pared-down tables, clean-line sofas and sleekly styled storage units are highly recognizable, marked by his clean, modest minimalism. He has also designed hospital furniture, public seating and industrial lighting, making good design a part of many people’s every lives.

On June 10, 2004, Luminaire and Flos hosted an unforgettable evening with the world-renowned designer, where he shared his unique insights about architecture, industrial, and interior design.

During a reception immediately following the lecture, guests were among the first in the United States to view Citterio’s stunning lighting collection for Flos. This event marked Luminaire’s illuminating new partnership with Flos as the exclusive dealer/distributor for Flos Architectural Lighting in Florida.
